Unique amongst touring companies, Music & Lyrics Ltd. is a nationwide consortium comprised of the UK’s major independent touring theatres.
Driving every decision is an artistic ambition to develop ambitious musical theatre productions that refresh the repertoire of work available to UK audiences, give voice to the work of new and emerging artists and provide productions popular with a wide variety of audiences.
The direct impact of working together as a consortium is that together we sell more tickets, please larger audiences and provide a level of care and support for our artists and theatre workers that is not always possible with standard touring arrangements. This adds to the personality of individual consortium venues, giving them a direct involvement in what happens on their stages.
